Wabblo is a product of Buildverse.fun, a company based in Pune, India. When this policy refers to "Wabblo," "we," "us," or "our," it means Buildverse.fun operating the Wabblo platform at wabblo.space.

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide during registration.
• WhatsApp & social messages — messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, including media attachments.
• Payment information — transaction records processed through Razorpay. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and interaction events collected via PostHog analytics.
• Error & performance data — crash reports and performance traces sent to Sentry for debugging.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Wabblo platform.
• To process payments and manage your wallet balance and subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (via SendGrid) such as receipts, alerts, and onboarding messages.
• To monitor application health, diagnose bugs, and improve performance.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas clusters with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and services. We follow industry-standard security practices including environment-level secrets management and role-based access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties solely to operate the platform:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Facebook) — for messaging and social-media automation.
• Razorpay — for payment processing.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — for transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — for error tracking and performance monitoring.
• PostHog — for product analytics.

Each third party processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
