Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wabblo platform ("Service") operated by Buildverse.fun, a company based in Pune, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wabblo.

2. Service Description

Wabblo is a business automation platform that helps Indian SMBs manage customer conversations, orders, catalogues, and advertisements across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook from a unified dashboard. Features include automated messaging, order management, payment collection, and ad campaign management via the Meta Business Platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You must promptly notify us at legal@wabblo.space if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta's platform policies.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

5. Payment Terms

  • Wabblo operates on a wallet-based billing model. You add funds to your wallet and consume them as you use messaging credits and other paid features.
  • Subscription plans, where available, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • No refunds will be issued for messaging credits or other services that have already been consumed.
  • Unused wallet balance may be refunded upon account closure, minus any applicable fees, at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its design, code, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Buildverse.fun. You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabblo and Buildverse.fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wabblo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
